Michael Russin, a Windham native and at-large candidate for Windham Town Council, sits down with Chuck Ellis for a no-filter conversation about local government and why he’s running to cut waste and put taxpayers first.

Michael talks about towns spending on wants instead of needs, the lack of long-term planning, full transparency on school budgets, and a Portland Press Herald story he says cherry-picked one quote from a 40-minute interview. He also discusses his past and his faith, family and businesses today, and why he supports voter ID.
